Data protection

We collect, use and store your personal data exclusively within the framework of the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act of the Federal Republic of Germany. Below we inform you about the type, scope and purpose of data collection and use. Collection and processing of dataEvery access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on this website is logged. The storage is for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: name of the file retrieved, date and time of retrieval, volume of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. The IP addresses of the requesting computers are also logged. Further personal data is only recorded if the website user and/or customer provides information voluntarily, for example as part of an inquiry or registration or to conclude a contract or via the settings of their browser. Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file that is sent when you visit a website and is temporarily stored on the hard drive of the website user and/or customer. If the corresponding server of our website is accessed again by the website user and/or customer, the browser of the website user and/or customer sends the previously received cookie back to the server. The server can then evaluate the information obtained through this procedure in various ways. Cookies can, for example, control the display of advertisements or make navigation on a website easier. If the website user and/or customer wants to prevent the use of cookies, they can do so by making local changes to their settings in the Internet browser used on their computer, i.e. the program for opening and displaying Internet pages (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari).

Use and disclosure of personal dataIf the user of our website has made personal data available (e.g. contact form), we only use it to answer inquiries from the website user and/or customer, to process contracts concluded with the website user and/or customer and for technical administration. We only pass on or otherwise transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or for billing purposes or if the website user and/or customer has previously consented. The website user and/or customer has the right to revoke consent given at any time with effect for the future. The stored personal data will be deleted if the website user and/or customer revokes consent to storage, if knowledge of it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose of storage or if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons. Data for billing and accounting purposes are not affected by a request for deletion.

Contact formIf you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent. The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Data transfer when concluding a contract for services and digital contentWe only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, for example to the credit institution responsible for processing the payment. The data will not be transferred further or will only be transferred if you have expressly consented to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Right to information Upon written request, we will inform the user of the website and/or the customer about the data stored about them. The request should be sent to the address provided in the website's imprint. You have the right to obtain information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address provided in the imprint for this purpose and for other questions about data protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.
